this breaks my heart. Because I have done exactly this. You see people looking, so you smile, but it almost hurts too much, so within an instant its gone again, and you are back to thinking about what a fucking failure you are. Maybe im just reading too far into thisoh wow this is so fucking powerful I don’t even know why, I had tears in my eyes and I couldn’t stop watching this!

Ran 1.5 mi. Biked 3.5 mi. 60 crunches. 15 min on machines. Good start.

EDIT:
Then I ate 3 pcs of bread, a can of tuna with a bit of mustard and mayo. Also a bit of butter and two slices of cheese. I added up my coffee’s from the morning and the 1/3 of a pc of bread and the cheese on it up to 213c. With everything else included my total is brought to a whopping 719. On the bright side, according to everything I looked up, I burned 213 calories from my workout. 505 for a daily total isn’t too terrible. It could be worse, for sure.

Now I’m having a grande nonfat iced latte from starbucks. That will be all for the day.

I am not going to eat today. I will have coffee, water and perhaps a bit of orange juice. I’m going to run 1.5 miles in total and do 3 miles on the bike along with the rest of my exercises. This is all very attainable.
